We require 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your pet's grooming appointment.
It is important that you check in on time, as we are an appointment based business. Since this spot is being held specifically for your pet, we reserve the right to refuse clients when they arrive late.
Failure to comply with the above policies will result in applicable fees.
*Please understand these are not meant as punitive policies, but of restoration to compensate lost wages for our Pet Groomers.
